Cutler and Gross offers a 28-day return policy for all eyewear purchased online, provided the frames are in their original condition and packaging. We ensure a seamless process for our customers to find their perfect fit or receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the eyewear, protective case, and all original documentation securely inside the shipping box and attach the pre-paid return label.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection through our delivery partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned frames, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
