Where are Cutler and Gross frames manufactured?
All our frames are meticulously handcrafted in our own factory in Cadore, Italy, using the finest Italian acetate and traditional artisanal techniques.

We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international destinations.
Can I return my glasses if they don't fit?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for all online orders. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Do you offer prescription lens services online?
Currently, we sell frames with demo lenses or sun lenses online. For custom prescription lenses, we recommend visiting one of our global boutiques or an authorized optician.
How do I care for my handmade acetate frames?
To maintain their luster, clean your frames with lukewarm water and a mild soap, then dry with the provided microfiber cloth. Avoid extreme heat and chemical solvents.
